Punch Taverns is again marketing the lease of our pub (www.punchpubs.co.uk). An approach has been made on behalf of the community to purchase the freehold, and an offer submitted. It is because there is a very limited window of opportunity that these initial steps have been taken. It is hoped to include all those locally who would like to be involved. If a positive response is received from Punch Taverns a meeting will be held for interested parties in order to discuss ownership options, management preferences, future improvements etc, etc. Please check the village notice boards and the village website (www.kingston-st-mary.org.uk) for further information.
